Dr Michelle-Leona Godin is a writer, and performer who's one woman, two voice, three act
autobiographical treatment of Helen Keller's time on vaudeville (it's true!)
called The Star of Happiness just finished its second run at Horse Trade's Kraine Theater and is looking
forward to touring next spring. She received her Ph.D. in early modern
literature from NYU’s English department in January 2009. Though her research on Helen Keller
launched her from eighteenth-century England to 20th century America, the
central concerns, namely how social and philosophical constructs shape
blindness as both a trope and a disability, provide a through-line.
Michelle-Leona is a regular adjunct and occasional faculty at NYU. When she is
not teaching and writing she performs at comedy, storytelling, and variety
shows in downtown Manhattan and beyond. Recently she appeared at the Nuyorican
with
KickAssonance and the 92Y Tribeca with Sideshow Goshko. She has also performed on The Moth Main Stage, and at Tell Your Friends, The Liar Show, and at many music venues around the city, both with her former band Gutter & Spine and currently as a solo act which can only be described as an avant accordion
brain smash!

ANGRY BOB is poised to explode off his launching pad like a Saturn 5 rocket,
hurtling toward the stars in a crescendo of insightful political and social
observations along with the boyish randy silliness he’s known and loved for nationwide!

Mike Ogletree Take one very inquisitive, Scots-born, African/American and expose this soul to
25+ years of Scottish culture, collaborating with fellow Scottish artists such
as Robert Burns and Simple Minds, arguably two of Scotland's most important
creative forces ever; add nine years of life as an Italian celebrity working
the venues and locales of that beautiful country; move him to Southern
California where he put in 15 years as a sound engineer/musician, before
relocating to New York City, the world's cultural melting pot, the perfect
place to process his life experiences, channeling the art he believes it is his
destiny to produce and you get what we call
Anacoustic Mind aka Mike Ogletree: A multi-cultural synthesis of Scottish Soul, Poetry and
Music.
Eden & John’s East River String Band Drawing from the vast spectrum of traditional American country blues Eden & John’s East River String Band create some of the most authentic renditions of songs from the 1920’s and early 30’s. Focusing on both well known and lesser known country blues and popular music
from this era, their love and deep reverence for this music shines through in
every song. Founded in 2006 the New York City based duo have released four
albums and toured the US, Canada and Europe. Their 2011 release, “Be Kind To A Man When He’s Down” features Robert Crumb on mandolin, Pat Conte on fiddle & banjo and Dom Flemons on guitar. David Fricke of Rolling Stone Magazine says, "Eden And John cover country blues from the 78-rpm era with crisp fervor
and a natural flair that suggests loving study and a respect for the original
records".

Gregory Levine
Gregory Levine is an actor, a playwright, a comedian. A NYC native. A man, a
legend, an inspiration. A fascinating study in contrasts. Boyishly raffish. And
oh, so much more. He co-wrote and co-starred in the critically panned Gregor & Olga Show (1947) - which nonetheless wowed very intelligent and attractive audiences at the
Capitol Fringe Festival, the Strawberry One-Act Festival (where he was
nominated for Best Actor and Best Playwright, winning neither), the Duplex and
Rose's Turn (RIP); has appeared in The Trachtenburg Variety Show; presided over the creation and destruction, like Shiva, of the Reform School Improv troupe. In addition he’s played James the Lesser in "The Celebrity Roast of Jesus Christ" and Lord Sebastian: the Original 1% at "Occupy Comedy") ; and can often be seen loitering at Penny's Open Mic. http://www.facebook.com/pages/Gregor-of-Berlin/283565048332361

David Modello a professional art/figure model, having worked with many distinguished artists,
sculptors and photographers, as well as most art schools in the NYC area. I
enjoy modeling and inspiring the creative process.
I am also a performer with Michael Alan's Living Installation (originally
Michael Alan's Draw-a-thon Theater) - performance art that by it’s very nature invites the audience to actively make their own art as part of the
experience. It is art activism in its essential form. nyartmodel@cs.com
Eva Wright I have been modeling for most of my life. I'm born and raised in Iceland. I
started modeling in my teens, but after moving to the U.S., it has become my
career. Working for this many years has made modeling more than just a job,
it's become part of who I am.
I look at modeling as a means of expression, something one develops, makes their
own and is a very personal outlet for subtle ways to convey how I feel and who
I am.
The pose tells the main story, but subtle details like placement and movement of
hands, feet and eyes can completely change the mood and thus what happens.
Robert Hoffman has been an art model since 2002, having modeled almost every weekend for the
Art Students League of NY for 7 years. There he modeled for such artists as
Peter Cox, Harvey Dinnerstein, and Nicki Orbach. He has modeled for many other art schools and groups in Westchester County and
in NYC, including Edward Hopper House, Salamagundi, National Gallery, and
National Art Club. Bobby is originally from Yonkers and is a classically
trained dancer, as well as a former athlete.
Louisa Ashleigh Washed up on the shores of New Jersey as a mermaid, swam off at the age of
fifteen, and surfaced on the bays of San Francisco, before being dazzled by the
beaches of Venice (L.A.), and finally making it out to the real Island of
Manhattan. She has modeled at the Art Students League, the National Academy of
Design, Pratt Institute, the New York Studio School, the Fashion Institute of
Technology, Lehman College, the New York Institute of Technology, Brooklyn
College, the New York Art Institute, and others..
The truth is that she writes, draws, acts, and the modeling.. well, you can see
it @
